I’m pretty disappointed this week. Only three comments and one is from the director. Everyone needs to pick it up and show that you know your zombies! Either way we did get some good responses but I must say Paul Murphy wins again. He had me at the half-inch solid steel double bar deadbolt comment.
I would go to a high school. Schools today are designed to be able to be locked down quickly. Also in most city schools are multiple story, brick-and-mortar buldings with solid doors and heavy locks designed to keep a threat outside. And if one was lucky, there are solid-core fire doors blocking off each stairwell with a half-inch solid steel double bar deadbolt. Oh, and the doors can only be opened from inside the building, away from the stairwell. And there’s plenty of frozen food to keep you fed.
Unfortunately, no prize. Not for awhile. But that doesn’t mean you should stop commenting! This week we have a different type of question. This one requires more thought and should have some pretty cool answers. Why? I’ll show you…
What is a zombie?
*cue evil music* MUAHAHAHAHAHA!
I don’t even know how to answer this question! There are a million different answers! Try it. I’m hoping someone has the answer I want to hear, that would be awesome.

There is no such thing as a zombie. It’s a conspiracy created by the government so we can look for oil!
A creature that was dead. Then has come back to life to eat the people who are alive. Example, Pet Sematary, cat dies, cats buried, cat rises, cats evil…….
A zombie is any creature who has had the misfortune of being afflicted with the uncontrollable hunger for flesh. They feel no pain, so they will stop at nothing to feed their hunger.
A zombie is a once living creature that has been effected with some sort of disease or parasite or accident causing It’s heart to stop so its technically “dead” but this disease, parasite, etc. does something to keep the brain active though the person with in the body is no longer present. Much like an animal the only things working in the brain are the instincts and the things needed to survive. No emotions or memories are present. The instincts are amped up causing rage while this disease, parasite, etc. tells the brain to pump adrenaline through the body causing speed and strength. The parasite, disease, etc. needs the nutrients in the blood and flesh of another to live, so using the body as a vessel it gets what it needs.
Interesting comments so far guys! Keep em coming…
